- As a result of two diploma theses a new company frameconcept
was founded in 2000 to commercialize web-based helpdesk solutions.
Cooperation
- Werner Hartmann acts as delegate of the
Gebert Rüf Foundation in the competence center
SCIL. The Swiss Foundation Gebert Rüf awards grants
to Swiss institutions of higher learning for innovation, information transfers and
effectiveness. With a budget of 6 Mio SFr over a period of five years GRS
supports the establishment of the competence center SCIL for e-learning attached
to the university of St. Gallen.
- Werner Hartmann acts as topic-editor and reviewer for "Technology" in the project elearning-reviews of SCIL.

Munterbunt, a web-based exercise
collection for mathematics, initialized by Werner Hartmann and realized by Orelias.
